The Vermont Community Development Association is an organization of individuals who are committed to working together on community development issues of importance to Vermonters. 

Golden Consulting serves as the ongoing Operations Manager for VCDA. This role is constantly evolving along with the needs of the organization, but generally includes membership list management, production of email campaigns, management of their Spring and Fall Conferences, preparing for monthly Board of Director meetings, website management and serving as the first point of contact for their members.
