WBON provides an opportunity for women business owners and aspiring business owners to learn from one another to grow and scale their businesses. They offer three chapters with monthly meetings to their 100+ members in addition to semi-annual conferences and opportunities to lobby for representation of women owned businesses at the State level.

The WBON 2023 Conference provided opportunities for education, inspiration and networking to help attendees build their own business owner toolkit. Business ownership challenges us to wear many hats but at the end of the day we are our own CEOs. We have the responsibility but also the opportunity to build balance and efficiency into our businesses. The conference offered education in the major areas that contribute to a successful business:

The conference featured a blend of practical skills education, motivational speakers and plenty of networking time because the biggest resource we all have is each other!

We partnered with the WBON Board and guided the process from start to finish, including: Coming up with the theme; identifying and approaching presenters/sponsors; arranging the venue and catering; carrying out a digital marketing campaign; managing the budget; building the registration and webpages; running day-of logistics.
