Low Barrier Shelter Operations Specialist

Client was opening a low barrier homeless shelter and we created forms and systems for processing intakes in addition to managing their food donation program.

"Our homeless services organization was under an enormous time crunch. We were asked to take over running a winter homeless shelter with six weeks to accomplish six months worth of work. One of our biggest challenges was making sure our systems were ready so we could begin receiving clients before the frigid weather hit.
