Rental Housing Stabilization Program Seminar

The Vermont State Housing Authority (VSHA) Rental Housing Stabilization Program (RHSP) is for funding landlords on behalf of tenants in need of rental arrearage assistance due to COVID-19 to avert tenant eviction.  This program will provide that actual amount of back rent (with a few exceptions) owed by the tenant even if the back rent is from before March 2020.  The goal of this program is to prevent homelessness and to provide housing stability, while at the same time provide economic assistance to landlords.

Golden Consulting assisted Angela Zaikowski from the Vermont Landlords Association in producing a Rental Housing Stabilization Program informational seminar. This was an online event that took place on September 16th, 2020 on Zoom Webinars.
